This role is about leading with vision and passion, driving business growth, and making a tangible impact on our business success.

Your objectives include:

  • Sales strategy execution: Implement the sales strategy set by the Commercial Manager, ensuring sales plans, targets, and activities are effectively delivered by the sales team

  • Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance, accountability, and professional growth
  • Reporting & insights: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to inform decision-making and operational planning
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Manager, Marketing Lead, and Services Manager to ensure alignment of sales activities with broader business goals and initiatives

What will you bring:

  • Atleast 3-5 years sales leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies for both mature and new product lines to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and inform team-level decision-making.
  • Results-driven and accountable, with a focus on achieving sales targets and outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
