I started as a Customer Service Representative at APD in April 2022. The reason that pushed me to choose APD is it is a multi-cultural and an equal opportunities employer. The best thing I have enjoyed about this role is the culture at APD, as it is one of inclusiveness and caring for all staff. I have been trained very well since starting at APD. I fitted right into the role and culture easily and have had great help from both my manager and colleagues. I am enjoying the role very much.
